Coating condensers is a detailed process that requires careful execution. At AQ International, we follow a proven approach to applying EnergyGuard® coating effectively.
We begin with a thorough inspection of the condensers and aluminum fins. Minor damage is rectified and we remove surface dirt and contaminants that can affect the condenser’s performance.
After the inspection, we do a thorough basic cleaning of the slats with our specialized cleaning products to remove dirt, grease and other contaminants. This ensures that the coating adheres well and the slats are optimally protected.
In an (optional) deep cleaning, we will do counter-current cleaning and will clean from the inside out where we usually have to disassemble the fans (or disassemble the side panel) to clean from the inside out.
We apply multiple layers of the EnergyGuard® coating to the fins on both the air inlet and outlet sides of the condenser. This coating provides long-term protection against corrosion and increases the energy efficiency of the condenser.
